members

This is a special area where we will be asking our subscription members for their thoughts, ideas, suggestions regarding our work.

recipes

We are developing a very special series of recipes for children and young people who make contact with care providers and so we would very much appreciate your suggestions.

Recipes should be in the following context:

  • simple methods (our audience often has limited literacy skills)
  • no sharp knives (use of weapons and self harm are issues)
  • cheap nutritious seasonal ingredients (could be their only meal for the day, can be canned)
  • limited equipment (eg pots are bulky to carry if you are living rough and can be used as weapons)
  • microwavable leftovers (we are trying to find alternatives to 2 minute noodles)

Please submit your recipes in accordance with the CFEF Recipe Style Guide which you can download from the bottom of this page. Note, you will need to subscribe to our newsletter first and logon. If you would rather not sign-up, email your suggestions, by clicking here or put a comment on our blog www.cfef.blogspot.com
