Our Melbourne Food & Wine stall was part of the Connex Great Aussie BBQ event so we thought you might like to try out some fabulous Cheesy BBQ ideas and recipes.

ideas

  • add 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese in your hamburger mix
  • melt a slice of cheddar cheese on the top of a flipped hamburger when you are cooking the underside
  • try cooking Haloumi cheese on the BBQ and squeeze over some lime juice for a taste sensation!!!
  • stuff hamburgers or koftas with a cube of mozzeralla cheese
  • chicken breasts can be stuffed with grated mozzeralla or cheddar cheese and some herbs and salami for a sort of pizza bbq chicken thingy
